Francis Akuamoah Boateng is a man of few words with laser focused vision.He has over the past 40 years created numerous opportunities for himself as well as others to grow and thrive. He has helped others to build better lives for themselves as well as to improve the quality of life for future generations. There is always an opportunity to be found or created and this is what he has been able to do throughout his career.

Francis Akuamoah Boateng has built his life and career strongly on the tenets of Godliness, Hardwork, Determination, and Patriotism. His life and career not only showcase the values he upholds but also foster these values in those who come into contact with him.
Francis Akuamoah Boateng is not one to despise small beginnings and believes that as a country we can go only as far as our imagination and determination are willing to go. This is why Ghana, for him, is brimming with opportunities to create and grow any business that seeks to increase the quality of life for all.
Francis Akuamoah Boateng has been happily married for more than 35 years, with four children who bring him so much pride and five grandchildren who bring him endless joy. He enjoys jazz and time spent with family.

O. Ofori Boateng, Chief Executive.
With a background in Economics, Finance and Operational Management from George Mason University, Fairfax, Va, U.S.A., and currently a graduate student of Harvard Business School, Oheneba Ofori Boateng is responsible for the Investment, Research and Development arm of Strategic Security Systems International (Stratsec). He has overseen Stratsec Solar Street Lightening Project; and is also in charge of conducting research and feasibility studies which guide the processes necessary to promote the strategic investments of the company.

Ofori brings almost Two decades-worth of extensive knowledge and expertise, which are applied to all client, colleague and subordinate interactions. Ofori Boateng’s personality and valued experience are crucial factors to the sustained growth of Stratsec and its subsidiaries.
Maame O. Boateng, Chief Administrative Officer.
Maame Is a business woman. she is experienced with a demonstrated history of working in the events services industry, Skilled in Nonprofit organizations, analytical skills, sales, Event management and public speaking. Strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Science (Bs) focused in consumer studies from Virginia polytechnic institute and state university.
Being a Multi-talented, Result- driven experienced professional, with over 17 years in various industries including Pharmacy Systems Delivery, Procurement and Executive leadership. Maame has a proven track record in leading and increasing growth at Strategic Security Systems. Managed and led multimillion dollar projects, implemented cost savings strategies resulting in about 5-7% reduction cost. She initiated an inclusive and diverse culture which has resulted in reducing gender gap in the work place and articulately communicates results and recommendations to the board of directors.

Nana Konamah Boateng, Director.
A cursory glance at my profile will make one think that I have done it all. From public health researcher, banking, renewable energy innovator, wellness advocate, digital entrepreneur, the founder of Natural Haircare line, Pure Persona by Nana, and Ghana’s first Chief innovations officer, I oversaw the launch of SPS, West Africa’s only solar panel manufacturing firm, and went on to build an award winning company known as one of Africa’s most innovative companies. I do not shy away from applying my creative thinking and dynamism to complex issues.
